notes: good snatch work today almost had 165 i think I could have got it if i didnt start so strong in the beginning. The wod was killer as always. I couldnt drop the weight from the top so that is where i lost my time from my pr i was only off by 6 seconds so that makes sense. Tomorrow I am going to hit a longer cf wod most likely and some skill work.
