Just Passing Out NBD

Well I didn't really pass out but came very close to it.

Squat
5x355 pr

Bench
4x280

Row
5x165

Neck

The part I almopst passed out on was between the 4th and 5th rep of the squat. I am not really sure what the problem was because although it was heavy I was hitting it quite easily but took a pause at the top after the 4th rep because I was loosing vision but after it came back real fast i went right back down and nailed the last rep. This is a lifetime pr too. I am real pissed about the bench this is the same one I stalled out with last time too except this time I should have hit this and something happened on the last rep and I failed. I just moved the bar the wrong way and could not get it. It was a big disappointment because I had so much left in me and would have hit it easily. I will get it next Monday.

Say No To Rowing

Squat
5x345

Bench
5x272

Row
5x160

2k row 7:55

The squat ties a lifetime pr and I skipped a week in the bench so I can hit some lifetime prs before the end of this cycle in 3 weeks. This row was absolutely horrible I am not really sure how I got myself to do this row since I was really not looking to do that. Ben said he was doing it and I just some how ended up on the rower. Anyways I felt this for a good 4 hours and I am sure I will be feeling it tomorrow too. Not a fun time.

Pump Friday's

Squat
3x345

Bench
3x265

Row
3x160

Pumped everything as much as I possibly could....

Had a great workout yesterday nailing some nice numbers and then having some fun working the beach muscles which is always a good time. The plan is to go another 3 weeks with Madcow and then take a week off while I am in Maine and then start Layne Nortons program with Ben. This program is built around getting stronger but also has a large focus on increasing muscle size. I have never done a program like this before so I am really looking forward to it. It is a 5 day a week program and is going to require a lot of good nutrition and sleep.
