Today I absolutely crushed this workout it was awesome. I had a good amount of caffeine in me and I was real focused and ready to go. I got in the gym and killed it then got out in about an hour. I have a weird tweaked feeling in my upper hamstring slash glute but nothing major so we will just keep an eye on it maybe the day off tomorrow will be good for it. Can't wait to train friday.
