A little Extra Fun

I have been really into basketball recently so I have been playing a lot and its been a good time. Today I just wanted to get moving for a bit and this was the perfect thing for me. I wanted to get under 8 mins on the row but o well I will get it next time I do a 2k row.

Drank this night and ate some crap to...back at it today
