Rest Day

Day 6 of burpee challenge

body: quads and glutes sore also sholders
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:good
notes:today was a solid rest day spent some time fishing and then drove home from maine. I had a good time in maine it was just a perfect amount of days so I didnt get bored and I got to do everything. Im ready to go tomorrow got a good one.
