notes: Starting today I am going strict paleo plus dairy for 30 days. I cheated on vacation and didnt feel good after so I am going to go 30 strict and see how i feel after and i will note and differences that i find through out the 30 days. Everything else is good I went to the doctors today for my tailbone and there is no fracture so he said just to foam roll a lot and ice after the workouts.
