Resting it Up

Rest Day

Body: quads a bit sore
Sleep: 8.5 hrs
Nutrition: good had some ice cream though
Notes: Solid day got some stuff for the TARC 6 hour challenge this saturday that I am doing. It will be a good test to see where I can push my body on minimal running training.
