2/23/11 Barbara and hspu's

burpee challenge day 47

Barbara
5 rds of:
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
*rest 3 mins between each round
2:34, 2:35, 2:38, 2:40, 2:35

20,10,5 hspu'

body:not bad lats a bit sore
sleep:8.5hrs
nutrition:good until I drank
notes:Solid workout havent done this one is a while and it felt really good. My body weight movements are not affected at all.
