notes: I wanted to see if I improved at all from september because thats when I did this one last and it has 2 exercises I am not so good with in it. I beat my old record by a few reps so i was happy about that. The mwod helped loosen up my shoulders for sure and felt really good. Tomorrow I am going to hit a strength day and a shorter metcon I believe.
