notes: The deadlifts felt really easy today both on the heavy sets and the high rep. I though 260 would be a good weight to barely get to 15 and I ended up banging out 18. The wod was a really good one it was supposed to be with 15 secs between rds but i decided to go straight through. I am home for break so I am decided to do muscle up work. I got 4 straight almost 5 so I havent lost to much but i am going to try to gain more back this break.
