cfsb w3 d1

skipped squats due to not being fully recovered.

3rds for time
15 hang power cleans 135lbs
15 burpees
6:06

body:left foot still hurts and calves a bit sore other than that good to go
sleep:8hrs
nutrition: good had a few glasses of wine
notes: pretty much all healed besides my foot and I feel like it is getting better it feels like a bruise from it being pounded so much from the challenge. I am planning on doing the write up today at some point hopefully but Ben already has a great write up.
