body: left foot still hurts
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:good but drank
notes:pumped about my deadlift pr and I got over my goal on the wod all around good training day for me. I was aiming to get 13 or 14 reps of 275 and ended up getting 16 so I am definitely getting a lot stronger than I think I am which is awesome. Rest day tomorrow.
