rest day
shoveled 5 or 6 houses

body: chest a bit sore
sleep;7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: Had a good rest day had to make a trip to the er because one of my friends smacked her head sledding and seized so we had to make sure she was good luckily she walked away with only concussion. Feeling pretty tired as we speak and its about 10:30 so I will be hopefully sleeping a lot and hitting a good metcon hard tomorrow.
