notes: The front squats felt really good and light surprisingly. I decided to start a bit lighter than my max because it is the first week and I am still getting my body used to it again while still getting stimulus. The wod was a really good one I have done this one before and I pred on it by a ton. Feeeling really good lately and loving it. Ive got press tomorrow and then a wod and after that it is a rest day.
