notes: well i started cfsb today but I am not sure if I am going to keep doing it because today I found out that for lax which is about a month and a half away we are dong a military type program the first week. So I need to be in the best fitness shape possible gpp wise so I am not sure what to do at this point I will be thinking about it tonight and talking to people about it so we will find out tomorrow.
