squat 5-5-5

95lbs push press
55lbs db swings
box jumps 20 in.

Body:shoulders sore
sleep:7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: squats felt really good to do again and i felt good at that weight not looking to pr today just go heavy. This wod was made up by a friend and decided I wanted to try it. It was a full out sprint all the way through and was a good one. Tomorrow will be doing another wod.
