Rest Day

Rest day

2 mwods

body: trap, quads, and hip flexors sore
sleep: 10 hrs bad quality though
nutriton: ok drank last night and so messed with my eating today
notes: body is really tired from the week and needed this day off pretty bad. I am going to start another cycle of cfsb this week sometime but tomorrow I am going to hit it hard for sure.
