notes: solid day today my neck started to get tight during the last set of deadlifts but felt fine afterwards. The wod hurt like a fucker. I am not drinking tonight so I will be doing my longer metcon tomorrow. I wanna hit a good one and I will be going out sat. night so sunday will be my rest day for sure.
