body: ankles calfs quads back sore left foot hurts to walk on
sleep:11hrs
nutrition:good drank a bit
notes: left foot is pretty bad today had to leave the mall because I couldnt walk on it I have been icing and keeping elevated all day. hopefully I can be good to go tomorrow
