Body: biceps still sore
sleep: 9hrs
nutrition: good drank a bit
notes: Today was a really good workout i liked it a lot. my first set of 50 pullups i got 45 straight and was pumped about that. I put my endurance in there too which needs a lot of work still so im gonna keep doing that every other day or so dependig on the wod.
