4 hspus
11 db swings at 50lbs
10rds plus 1 mu

body:biceps sore
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:cheated with ice cream and beer
notes: today i felt pretty sluggish but thats ok because its the end of the cycle and ill take a solid rest day then hit it hard next cycle. mus are coming pretty well too but they still need lots of work.
