Rest Day

rest day

body: shoulders and abs sore
sleep:7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: today was a solid rest day. done with burpee challenge. no real reason other than im sick of burpees and im upping my training so they are getting in the way. My abs are definitely feeling those ghds. and tomorrows workout is gonna be a good one im pretty excited.
