notes: test 3 was ok i wasnt tired or anything after it was pretty simple. But im dissapointed in my score. I really hit a wall on the muscle ups and i need to keep getting better at them it was the only thing holding me back on doing great on this workout. Then the endurance was killer. It was a really good endurance wod and i felt pretty good through it. During the 6 min one i almost hit a mile after the previous runs.
