Rest Day

rest day

body:shoulders upper back quads and biceps sore
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:good
notes: so today i took advantage of my rest day and basically did nothing. it was much needed. my body is wrecked from that last cycle but feeling better now. I scheduled my next tattoo today and its going to be next wednesday. Also i got my results from my mri and they found nothing so im getting another one this time of my lumbar spine on saturday and meeting back with him next thursday so i will keep updating the situation.
