Day 39 burpees

400m run

nutrition:good
notes: so today i started back on the main page just starting 2 days behind so i can figure out my wods the night before along with strength. Also im going no dairy for 2 or 3 weeks and see if that has an affect on my workouts or not. Felt really good on the wod today even thought i havent done 400s in a while.
