nutrition: good but drank
notes: today was a really good day the work out felt great and then after I went to a quarry with a bunch of people and jumped off of a 35 foot cliff the entire day and climbed the rocks all the way back up. It was a good rush and a lot of fun. Then we all partied at night at connors.
