Took a full rest day

body: good inside right leg hurts like a pulled muscle though
sleep:9.5hrs
nutrition:had ice cream muddy buddies and drank
notes: today was a solid rest day i got adjusted yesterday and today and hopefully its gonna make a difference in my wod tomorrow. It feels great after he is done and I dont have a lot of pain the rest of the day so I hope its doing something.
