notes: ok so todays training was an up and down day. The press i set a pr on and was happy about that. The wod i didnt get what i wanted. I was shooting for sub 4 so i was upset with my self for not getting that and decided that i need to cut down a bit on heavy lifts and maybe only heavy lift twice a week and add more endurance once or twice a week. then after that i did some t2b work and mu work. I set a pr and also completed one of my 2010 goals of 5 straight MUs idk where it came from but they just felt realgood today so i was happy with that. So all in all a good raining day. So now im focusing on more on roundin out that i got my strength back.
