WOD

400m walking lunge
9:34 424 steps

tabata sprints
8x20:10 no distance measured

body: legs startin to hurt already
sleep:10hrs
nutrition:good
notes: The walking lunge was the first time i did the exact distance the pain was the same just lasted a little longer. So im going to call this a pr as well becasue i woulda pred if i did it on the course i did last time. I waited until the evening to do tabata sprints give my legs some rest but it didnt help to much. I did go all out on the sprints though they felt good and feels like im getting better. got a rest day tomorrow pretty excited for that but i just wanna keep getting better.
