WOD

amrap 20 mins
185lbs back squat 7 reps
10 40lbs overhead wl steps right hand
7 burpees
10 40lbs overhead wl steps left hand
7rds

Body:shoulders and quads sore
sleep:10hrs
nutrition: ok cheated with ice cream
notes: today was a solid day. the workout hurt more than any other wod ive done before. The squats where just crazy hard to get back under and do all unbroken for a better time. I really liked it though. Im excited for tomorrow and will be ready to go.
