notes: today was a really good workout i was pumped to try this one again becasue i have never done it with full ROM which i now know is more important than time so im calling this a pr for me. I also got 43 pullups straight to start the workout which is crazy i was very suprised and excited for that and it is also another goal complete 40 kipping pull ups. Tomorrow looks to be a good wod and im looking foward to it. I am also getting another tattoo tomorrow should be a good day.
