notes: i really liked this workout the only thing that held me back really was the t2b even though i got the kip down my hand are torn apart from all the pull ups ive been doing and it was hard to hold on. I cant wait to get better at them. Also my lower left back is really starting to hurt lately too ill have to talk to the physical therapist when i go again.
