95lbs thruster 10 reps
10 ring push ups

Body:shoulders sore
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:good
notes: This workout was a really good one i enjoyed it. I def can go sub 20 on it too. My shoulders will feel it tomorrow for sure and so will my triceps. Tomorrows wod is posted and it is annie so i plan on doing a back squat with it and an endurance after.
