played like 2hrs of pick up soccer

notes: today was a busy rest day. had my appointment to see results of mri and i am not in therapy trying to heal and get ready for the season. i couldnt be more fustrated with this situation its rediculous. But im gonna keep crossfitting just cant do anything to heavy for a bit. Ill make it work.
