1 mile run

5rds 15 sec sprint 45 sec off

body: tired
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:good
notes: Every day this week we have had 6am practice which is all conditioning and then another practice in the afternoon that is al lax. It is pretty exhausting because we have not had a day off yet and we are not sleeping a lot. Lots of sprinting and lax I cant wait for this part of the season to be over so I can get on my program and start lifting.
