One min on One min off for 10 mins

30 db swings 60lbs
*every rd not completed count a penalty do 10 burpees
1. complete 2. complete 3. 22 p 4. 21 p 5. 21p

3x max rep strict pull ups with minimal rest
22,18,14

Lax practice
400, 2 17's, various sprints

body:feeling good finally
sleep:8.5hrs
nutrition:good
notes: Today was a solid day I took it easy on my workout because I wasnt sure how I was going to feel for lax and I felt great so I think that I can workout normal as long as I do it towards the morning like I did today I had enough time to recover. I went straight across with a lighter weight to get some stimulus but now I am going to start adding the weight back up.
