Two a days

burpee challenge day 19

1 mile run 6:06 easy pace

5 17's not timed

5rds of 20 sec sprint 40 sec jog

second sesh was all lax

body: quads, hip flexors sore
sleep:6hrs
nutrition:good lots of food!
notes: solid day today the conditioning was good I cant wait for the 2 a days to be over so I can start working out again. I dont have practice tomorrow morning due to snow so I can finally sleep but I do have practice at night maybe I will get a lift in the morning but who knows lets see how i feel. I am going to take some melatonin tonight to get a great nights sleep.
