rest day

body:shoulders sore
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:good
notes:solid rest day I think I am going to try to attempt the 100 day burpee challenge to complete my goal and I will be starting tomorrow. I have to finish this time I think that It is a goal will help me push through those days coming off a game or something and not wanting to do 80 or so.
