Squat clean, ring dips

nutrition:good, drank though
notes:last night I couldnt really sleep so I took melatonin and It was amazing I felt great so I will be using it more often when I really need to sleep and recover. Squat cleans were good and ring dips were good too rest tomorrow and back to school then lax and school starts monday.
