body:shoulders are sore all over right side of my neck is sore as well
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:good
notes: I am pumped that I just keep pring I hope that it keeps coming I am feeling amazing on my lifts and everythings going great. I also pr'ed on my 100 burpees by 24 seconds which is awesome and doing that I hit my 50 burpee mark at 1:27 also setting another pr. All around good day internship is going well too.
