Body:good
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:good had some ice cream
notes: Pretty happy with the press pr not sure what happened on the second set guess I just wasnt ready for it. During my wod the screw came out of the bar and I tried to fix it in the middle killing my time and I didnt even fix it so that needs to be addressed asap or I am fucked for this last week of training. All around ok day lookin forward to a rest.
