notes: Pumped with the 400lbs deadlift for 3 that is a great pr for me. I need to start adding endurance workouts back into my routine to get ready for some running in lax so that is where my decision came from to do this one today. It is an estimated 1.17 miles due to mapmyrun.com not being exact on the spot. tomorrow is a rest day and I have an eye doctors appointment so we will see how that goes.
