burpee challenge day 4

10 wall walks
10 t2b
20 box jumps 24 in.

body:quads hamstrings sore
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:good
notes: this workout was a really good one. I really like the new movement of wall walks they get challenging fast but can still be completed. This is the first workout I have done with toes to bars in a while and I got all but the last rd unbroken. I need to keep working at them in order to reach my goal of 40 straight thats for sure.
