Tabata run on my treadmill (incline and set 1 click above aerobic level) <----ghetto treadmill

notes: Today was a good workout for a day where I feel kind of run down and tired. The tabata on the treadmill was deceivingly tough and I will use that more often especially up at school. Tomorrow Is going to be a rest day for sure.
