notes: I have been pr'ing like crazy and today was no exception I am very pumped about this and this is why I love cfsb so much. I pr'ed on both a 3rep and high rep deadlifts as well as death by pull ups. Id say it has been a solid cycle so far and possible 400 3 rep before the end of this which would be huge. Tomorrow is a rest day and starts my 3 week long internship. I have been tossing around ideas for training while I am in season which is right when I get back at school in 3 weeks. I am thinking that I just heavy lift throughout and let the lax take care of the conditioning the only thing i need is to find a good program that can fit that.
