shoveled for 2 hrs

body:quads tight still
sleep:7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: Today we got a snow day and went out to shovel and make some money. It wasnt a very successful day of shoveling but thats ok there was a lot of snow and I wasnt really looking to do a lot of shoveling. Today there was only front squat on the schedule which was kind of nice. I will be feeling good for tomorrow thats for sure. I am pleased with the pr on the front squat its finally getting up there.
