Body:all over legs are sore

notes: tired but not evn close to my mental breaking point because of the 24 hr challenge as much as i hated it it helped lot for the mental part of lax. Tomorrow is 6 am practice then sam adams concert so should be outta control since its our first time going out back too and no practice sunday.
