notes:did this today just to get a nice workout in tomorrow is the testing for lax at 6am it is 1 mile run, 17s, squat, bench, strict pull ups. I will record how it goes and that will be my workout for tomorrow. Just eating a lot of good food and sleeping a lot to try to keep up with everything.
