notes: Didnt get much sleep last night due to new years festivities so I figured I wouldnt pr today but I guess I was wrong which im pretty pumped about. I decided to do some OH squats in the wod which was a poor choice because for some reason I still get that headache thing when I do them and only when I do OH squats so I wont be doing those for a bit I guess.
