notes:back at school now tomorrow we do not have testing so I will be working out I think that I am going to trash my other program It is a lot of strength and I was not thinking of the future so I am going to do something more like this starting tomorrow:

Crossfit metcon
3x max rep strict pull ups

Tuesday
Deadlift 3x3
Crossfit metcon
3x max rep dips

Wednesday
Rest Day

Thursday
Crossfit Metcon (longer)

Friday
Press 5-5-5
Crossfit metcon
3x max rep strict pull ups

Saturday
Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3
Crossfit Metcon
3x max rep dips

Sunday
Rest Day


• Diet will be primal
• Go on how I am feeling in season


We will see how it goes its all going to be trial and error
